A modern and flexible firm of accountants are currently hiring for an Accountant to join their team. The firm offer strong hybrid working, with the firm requiring someone to be able to come into the office once every 2 weeks, so you must live a commutable distance from the office. The office is commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough, and the surrounding areas.
There is significant potential for personal growth within the firm and those anywhere from Semi Senior to Senior/Manager level are encouraged to apply. The firm will consider candidates that are qualified or those that are part-way through studying a professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA.
Responsibilities may include:
- Accounts preparation for a portfolio of clients
- Corporation tax returns
- Self-assessment tax returns
- VAT returns
- Bookkeeping
