Would you like to have the opportunity to oversee the financial operations of the company?We are working with a growing company based in Nottingham who are seeking an experienced individual who can play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic decision-making of the company.Key responsibilities…* you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary* you will be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting for the company and any variances* you will assist the auditors to complete the statutory accounts* You will be responsible for maintaining a weekly cash flow forecast* you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, highlighting any areas for improvement* you will look at associated costs for business decisions and make recommendations* You will help to implement and maintain the financial systems and processes and look to drive process improvements* You will manage a team and be responsible for their training and growthWhat the client is looking for?…* You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) with post qualified experience* Experience of managing a team* You will have good excel knowledge as well as proficiency in accounting software* You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat is on offer?...* Basic salary of c.£70,000* Car Allowance* Bonus* Flexible start and finish timeIf this role sounds like you, please do get in touch.
