Are you an experienced Financial Controller, looking to work with an expanding and growing business? If yes, this is the role for you!

I am working with a growing UK and International organisation who are looking to expand their finance team with the addition of a Financial Controller to work alongside their Head of Finance. This is an exciting time for their business as they continue the growth trajectory, moving into new markets and territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across different countries.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, management accounts, and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Country teams to standardise and streamline financial processes.
  • Manage and mentor a finance team, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support the Head of Finance in strategic decision-making.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions across various jurisdictions.
  • Drive financial improvements by identifying cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.

Salary for the role is paying between £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits.
