Financial Controller – Eastwood - £60,000 - £65,000 Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with our client, based in Eastwood who are looking for a Financial Controller due to growth. In the last 4 years this is a business that has gone from £7m turnover to £45m through both organic and acquisitional growth.The Financial Controller will report to the Group FC with responsibility as follows:

Managing a team of 2 including a Management Accountant
Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory
Business KPI analysis and reporting as well as being the financial lead in projects
Budgeting and forecasting
Business partnering and process improvement
Financial controls, reconciliations, payroll and all associated reporting
Project work and supporting the group management team

Key Requirements and Preferences:

Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA Accountant with strong technical skills
Experience of working in a project lead business and the ability to work with none finance management
Driven and self-motivated with continuous improvement mentality
