- Managing a team of 2 including a Management Accountant
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory
- Business KPI analysis and reporting as well as being the financial lead in projects
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Business partnering and process improvement
- Financial controls, reconciliations, payroll and all associated reporting
- Project work and supporting the group management team
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA Accountant with strong technical skills
- Experience of working in a project lead business and the ability to work with none finance management
- Driven and self-motivated with continuous improvement mentality
