Thorn Baker Industrial are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant for one of our prestigious clients around Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience within a small to medium-size organization.
Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their friendly team.
Starting Salary: £42k-£45k/annum (depending on skills & experience)
Day Shift Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Bingham Based (NG13)

Management Accountant Job Details:
- P&L and balance sheet reconciliation
- Cash flow management
- accruals/free payments
- financial reporting
- daily cash posting
- VAT returns
- working in a team of 2
- liaising with directors with all financial aspects of the company
- other ad/hoc accounting/bookkeeping duties.
Management Accountant Requirements:
- Relevant experience within a small to medium-size business
- Good knowledge/experience working with Xero
- Proven accounting experience within distribution
- Strong commercial background
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA or AAT qualification (full qualification for AAT, part-qualified considered for ACCA, ACA & CIMA)
- Proven technical ability
- Hands-on management accountant background
- Positive approach towards work, ability to think outside the box
- Team Player / Adaptable / Good work ethic
- Enthusiasm / Ambition / Eagerness to progress
Management Accountant Benefits:
