Reporting to the Head of Finance/Financial Controller, you'll ensure accurate management accounts, payroll processing, and financial data. Description of the role:
- Provide weekly data on the financial performance of business operations.
- Support accurate and timely production of management accounts.
- Produce and manage payroll and time and attendance data.
- Ensure accurate processing for payroll and pension.
- Generate weekly labour reports for senior management.
- Conduct monthly VAT report analysis.
- Maintain Fixed Asset registers, including additions, disposals, and Hire Purchase Recs.
- Produce Client Profitability reports.
- Reconcile and administer petty cash monthly by the end of week 1.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and month-end journals.
- Provide payroll bureau with accurate information for monthly payroll for 350 employees.
- Conduct checks on monthly data amendments and payslips to ensure accuracy.
- Administer pensions and liaise with Creative Pension Trust.
- Serve as main contact for payroll and T&A queries, external parties, and maintain TMS system. Collaborate with HR for accurate employee information and payroll data.
About you:
- Proficient in advanced Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in time and attendance monitoring and basic payroll.
- AAT part-qualified.
- Strong team player.
- Capable of managing a busy workload.
