Administrative Assistant
•   Hourly Rate: £11.44•   Location: Hybrid (First week onsite, then WFH Mon/Thur/Fri)•   Job Type: Temporary (4 weeks, may extend)
We are currently seeking two Administrative Assistants for a temporary assignment for 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs. The role involves calling customers and updating email addresses on the databaseÂ
Day-to-day of the role:•   Contact customers by phone to confirm correct email addresses.•   Accurately input updated email information into the in-house CRM system.•   Ensure all data corrections are completed promptly and efficiently.•   Work collaboratively with the team to identify any additional issues in data accuracy.•   Initially, work from the office during the first week for training and orientation, followed by a hybrid working arrangement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:•   Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service.•   Proficient in using CRM systems and handling data entry with high accuracy.•   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•   Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
