Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Data Management: Process authority letters, gather investment, pension, and insurance data for both new clients and annual reviews.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare application forms, client documentation, and ensure all paperwork aligns with FCA compliance standards.
  • Financial Transactions: Process transactions such as fund switches, sales, withdrawals, and other investment-related activities using various platforms.
  • Client Reviews: Prepare review documentation, gather valuations, charges, and performance data, and ensure the client’s financial goals are up to date.
  • Administrative Support: Handle client communication, post, and emails related to their financial status, providing top-notch administrative support to both clients and financial planners.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial planners and paraplanners, providing essential support to ensure smooth operation of client services.
  • Technology Proficiency: Use a range of CRM, project management systems, and investment platforms to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You:

  • Experienced in Financial Planning Administration: Experience in a financial planning company, with a solid understanding of financial products and transactions.
  • Organised and Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using financial planning software, CRM systems, and investment platforms.
  • Great Communicator: Able to communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Financial administration qualifications are advantageous, but not essential.
