This ongoing temporary role offers flexible working hours and is ideal for someone who excels in administrative support and has a knack for maintaining high standards of organisation and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:•   Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure support for the team is efficient and effective.•   Organise and maintain files, records, and documents to ensure everything is kept in an orderly manner.•   Update and maintain reports in various formats, including Excel•   Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.•   Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency using various software tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:•   Proven administrative experience.•   Experienced user for Microsoft Office.•   Excellent interpersonal skills.•   Excellent organisational skills
