Job description

We are seeking a Tenancy Administrator to join our Clients team in managing tenancy applications to help the tenants move in swiftly. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of tenancy agreements and current legislations in the lettings industry, be proficient in computerised systems and possess strong organisational skills

  • Highly Organised, positive attitude and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and admin support
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in English (writing and speaking).
  • Ability to learn and work with software and tools, including property management software and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of the property market and previous experience in lettings administration would be a bonus
  • Great at communicating and excellent rapport building skills
  • Ability to deal with complaints and work under pressure
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
