I am seeking a passionate Architect to join an award-winning Architectural practice in Nottingham. This RIBA Chartered practice have grown steadily over the last few years with the success of their innovative projects earning them an excellent reputation. They have cultivated strong relationships and partnerships with a number of influential clients allowing them to work across a diverse portfolio of significant projects. They are involved in several sectors including education, residential, community and healthcare and use their expertise to produce creative, technically excellent designs. they have a multidisciplined team comprised or Architects, Architectural technologists, Engineers among other professions. Working for this successful practice offers 25 days annual leave, a generous pension, flexible working hours and regular opportunities for continue [professional development whilst working in a supportive environment.

The successful Architect will have substantial post Part Three experience with excellent Revit skills, knowledge leading projects and comprehensive knowledge of current and emergent designs.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Couple of years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK
  • Proficiency in Revit is desired
  • Strong portfolio across a mix of projects and scales
  • Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
  • Attend and input to site meetings
  • Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages
  • Liaise confidently with clients contractors and other stakeholders
  • Strong technical ability
  • Assist with managing a small team
  • Job running experience
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Driven with professional development
  • Up to date with latest technologies and designs
  • Passionate about incorporating sustainable design principles
  • Live locally to Nottingham
