Architectural Technologist

My client is a very employee-culture focused office. They operate out of a modern and vibrant office in Nottingham, and they are now looking for two talented Architectural Technicians to join their team. With projects ranging from the large scale residential sector to the commercial and hospitality sector, you are always guaranteed to be working on unique and interesting projects. In your role as an Architectural Technician, you will be required to:

• Work in a team of 4 under a Senior Architectural Technologist.
• Work from RIBA stages 4 onwards.
• Attend occasional site visits.
• Complete detailed drawing packages.
• Work on project building regulations.
• Liaise within the team, with contractors and with clients.

To succeed in this role, you will have to:

• Have a degree or HNC equivalent in Architectural Technology
• Have high proficiency of Revit (Essential)
• Have good knowledge of UK building regulations
• Have good communication skills.
