Principal Asset Manager required for a local authority in the Nottinghamshire area for an initial period of three - six months.

Purpose of the role:
To lead a professional team delivering strategic asset planning and management activities to an identified portfolio of asset types, projects and Services. Supporting the ongoing delivery of asset review, property change projects, implementation of the Council's corporate landlord model and advising on property solutions.

Experience required:
Experience as a service leader in a complex organisation, with experience of

- Delivering against outcomes and creating clear objectives
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement
- Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
- Awareness of key issues in your market and for the city of Nottingham

You must be MRICS with post qualification experience suitable to the level of the post.
