Associate Director - Building Surveying

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging and developing new and existing clients to contribute to business expansion in the region.

• Managing and delivering consultancy services within the Building Surveying and Project Management market.

• Acting as a key point of contact for high-profile projects and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Leading and mentoring a team across multiple sites.

• Supporting business development, commercial management, and profitability monitoring.

Requirements:

• A relevant construction qualification and professional membership (MRICS/FRICS).

• A proven track record of generating new business and winning new projects.

• Experience in delivering projects from inception to completion.

• Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness.

• Strong leadership skills.

• A valid driving licence and ability to travel as needed.

• The ability to take ownership of key projects and manage client relationships effectively.

• A commitment to maintaining high service quality and driving continuous improvement.

• A collaborative approach, working with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
