Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging and developing new and existing clients to contribute to business expansion in the region.
- Managing and delivering consultancy services within the Building Surveying and Project Management market.
- Acting as a key point of contact for high-profile projects and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Leading and mentoring a team across multiple sites.
- Supporting business development, commercial management, and profitability monitoring.
Requirements:
- A relevant construction qualification and professional membership (MRICS/FRICS).
- A proven track record of generating new business and winning new projects.
- Experience in delivering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness.
- Strong leadership skills.
- A valid driving licence and ability to travel as needed.
- The ability to take ownership of key projects and manage client relationships effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining high service quality and driving continuous improvement.
- A collaborative approach, working with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
