Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our client’s team as a Sales Progressor. This multifaceted role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to successfully progress sales transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Progress Sales Transactions: Manage the progress of property sales transactions from the point of offer acceptance to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and all parties are kept informed of developments.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in the sales process. Provide regular updates and facilitate effective communication between all parties.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process, working proactively to minimize delays and ensure a smooth transaction.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures governing property sales transactions, including anti-money laundering regulations and data protection laws.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, preferably in the Nottingham area.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving successful sales outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the property market, including current trends and pricing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales in the UK.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in the real estate industry.
