Estate Agent -Sales Negotiator/Valuer, Newark

Our clients are a well established, prestigious and highly respected estate agents, with highly successful offices throughout the area.

They are now looking to recruit a professional estate agent to enhance their busy team in Newark, due to increased business levels.

The position is for a full time candidate working 9-5.30, Monday - Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis 9-2pm.

The main attributes my client is looking for is the ability work under pressure in a busy environment, excellent communication skills and to enjoy working as part of a team. other duties include -

  • Registering potential purchasers using our in house data base
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings with purchasers
  • An ability to match the ideal property to purchaser, booking and carrying out valuations on properties
  • Following up viewings and returning feedback to vendors
  • Advising clients on marketing strategies, pricing and marketing property
  • Negotiating offers between purchasers and vendors
  • Progressing sales through to completion

Our client place a high importance on customer service and are looking for someone who is always prepared to go the extra mile to deliver the results. Previous property experience is advantageous, however as you will be working under experienced senior negotiators, isn't essential.

Our client will pay a generous basic salary dependent on experience, with many further benefits.
