Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 depending on experience (10,000+ OTE Uncapped) + Benefits
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: Regularly to East Midlands HQ and UK travel to clients as necessary, occasional international travel
Established company operating in the S2P (Source-to-Pay) / Procurement / Purchasing Software sector is looking to recruit an experienced Software Pre-Sales Consultant. You will combine subject knowledge with technical expertise to demonstrate S2P solutions to prospects and customers whilst supporting Business Development during the pre-sales process.
Key tasks/Duties
- Provide technical assistance during the pre-sales process by understanding customer requirements and designing solutions.
- Be the solution expert on video / conference calls and face to face meetings.
- Perform solution demos for the sales team.
- Tailor demos to customer requirements.
- Respond accurately and promptly to customers.
Competencies
- Experience of working face to face with prospects and customers.
- Be resilient, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate solutions to prospects and customers confidently.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Have the ability to explain technical specifications and product functionality to C-Suite executives.
- Willing to travel.
Essential Experience
- 2/3 years minimum experience in either a previous software pre-sales role or a role with basic understanding of the S2P cycle.
