Purchase Ledger Clerk 

(Temporary Role - 6 Months)Location: Riverside Business Park, Nottingham, NG2 1RXSalary: £24,000 per annum equivalent

This company is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their transactional department for a temporary 6-month contract, starting as soon as possible. If you have strong experience in purchase ledger, invoice processing, and can support with credit control, I’d love to hear from you!

About the RoleAs a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your main duties will involve:

  • Processing invoices and assisting with payments lists.
  • Supporting with some aspects of credit control.
  • Managing purchase ledger tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handling payments in multiple currencies.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP 
  • Location: Fully on-site for the first 3 months. After probation, this will transition to a hybrid role with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
  • Department: Transactional department, with 3 others in the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Purchase Ledger is essential.
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to process invoices, help with payments lists, and manage tasks independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to clear backlogs.
