Our Client in Nottingham is seeking a Bricklayer with a Roofing bias for their Repairs Team.
The position requires candidates to have at least NVQ Level 2 qualification in Bricklaying/Roofing or an equivalent qualification.
Candidates should possess experience in similar roles and hold a full UK driving license with their own vehicle.
The role offers a pay rate of £22.74 LTD per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday, totaling 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities include performing Bricklaying and Roofing tasks, ensuring high-quality maintenance work, and meeting customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for Bricklaying tasks and Roofing tasks.
Working with kitchens and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements
Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Bricklaying/Roofing or Equivalent.
Experience within similar roles
Full UK Driving license and Own Vehicle
