Purpose of the role
To operate Stoll machines according to production plans and specifications to deliver high quality products and meet customer demands

The day to day

  • To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
  • Produce products to the agreed specification by following processes
  • Quality checking to ensure a quality product is knitted and delivered to the customer
  • Maintain Stoll machines to in accordance with standard working practices to ensure smooth running operation and efficiency of the machine
  • Ensure a smooth shift handover by attending daily meetings
  • Change over machines to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing process

Other Considerations

Data Input required

Previous experience, or an understanding of, continuous improvement initiatives

Experience within a production environment and/or machine operator role would be beneficial

Methodical approach

Shift Pattern
This position requires working a 3- week rotational shift pattern

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday: 06:00 14:00
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday: 14:00 22:00
  • Week 3: Sunday to Thursday: 22:00 06:00
