We are looking for a highly organised individual who can bring their experience into our sales team. The successful candidate will need to have extensive knowledge of the mortgage market and preferably, experience within the New Build industry.

The ideal candidate will have the following credentials:

Management experience

CeMAP (preferred but not essential)

Unfazed by, and experience of, a fast-paced, deadline-driven and telephone-based working environment

Able to motivate and empower the department

Have the maturity and experience to take ultimate accountability of inbound work and ensure SLAs are met

Build and develop relationships with our existing lead suppliers

Excellent problem-solving skills

First-class inter-personal, customer handling and influencing skills

Expert communicator; both written and verbal

Full UK driving license

Able to demonstrate and evidence that they embody our Core Values:

Practicalities:

  • Monday to Sunday (40 hrs per week) 50% of weekends
  • Occasional overtime available
  • Office-based

Key objectives:

  • Build and develop relationships with our existing lead sources
  • Ensure a first-class service is delivered to our clients

Remuneration & Terms:

  • Permanent & full-time role
  • £40,000+ basic; dependant on experience
  • Realistic OTE £50,000-£60,000
  • 20 Days holiday, increasing by 1 day per annum of service up to a maximum of 25 days + Bank Holidays
  • 9 months probation
