Job Title: Regional Manager - East Midlands
Location: Mansfield and Northampton
Salary: Up to £40,000

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive experience of managing services within social care (including Learning Disabilities) to become the registered manager for the East Midlands region. Reporting to the Head of Support and Inclusion for England, the successful candidate will have line management responsibility for the Supported Living Managers in Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire and will be accountable for the ongoing management, development, and improvement of services within the region to ensure high quality individualised support provision.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Services Manager

To provide leadership and direction to the regional management teams.
To develop positive and proactive relationships with the local commissioners, other support providers, people supported by the organsation.
To work as part of the senior management team in developing and delivering the operational plans for the region in line with the organisation's aims and objectives.
To support and manage change positively within the region to ensure ongoing development of the services.
To promote inclusion by ensuring the people we support are actively involved in all aspects of their support including recruitment, induction and probation, policy reviews and quality monitoring systems.
To adopt a holistic approach to supporting individuals, including effective partnership working with Local Authorities and Health commissioners, and the wider MDT, demonstrating a truly collaborative approach.

To be successful within this role;
You must be a successful manager within the learning disabilities sector with proven experience of managing services. You'll have extensive knowledge and experience of working with people with varied support needs along with relevant legislative and regulatory standards. You'll have the ability to lead multi teams and individuals to achieve the highest possible level of performance along with the ability to problem solve and develop innovative approaches to support delivery.

This post will be based in our regional offices in Mansfield and Northampton. You will need to travel regularly across the business to meet the needs of the role, so it is essential that you hold a current UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. Reliability and flexibility are also essential as it is not always a 9-5pm job!
