About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our busy restaurant/café and wedding venue, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will work closely with Head Chef Joe Hill, receiving mentorship and guidance to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation

Contribute to menu design and innovation

Maintain exceptional standards of quality and service

Engage in a hands-on role, gaining valuable experience across different functions

Proven experience as a Chef

Experience:
