Trent Lock Golf & Country Club are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This role is a hands-on position working in-house.

About the Role of Chef de Partie
In capacity as Chef de Partie, you will report directly to Head Chef and appointed Senior Management.
In this position you will support Head Chef and team to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchens. In your appointed role, working together as a team is always expected and can run and manage all sections in the kitchen.
Chef de Partie Key Responsibilities
Ensure all kitchen practices are maintained. This list touches briefly on key requirements and is not exhaustive of the full extent associated within your job role and responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health & Safety regulations and Food Hygiene
- Work harmoniously as a team with management and colleagues with the desire to achieve 5-star rating
- Check freshness of foods and out-of-date stock
- Monitor food stocks, orders when expected to do so.
Chef de Partie responsibilities will also includeall tasks delegated by Head Chef to support:
- Menu planning.
- Managing the financial KPI's enabling business success.
- Purchasing.
- Health and safety including food hygiene procedures and kitchen practices.
Chef de Partie Requirement & Skills
- Leadership skills
- Process the stamina and ability to fulfill a hands-on position.
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Excellent time management abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Remain updated with compliances and kitchen practices, including sanitation regulations to EHO standards.
- Level one or two food hygiene certificate and all certificates appertaining to job role.
- Satisfactory References.

Hours of Work
- Full time 5 day week to rota, Monday - Sunday.
