Blue Arrow are currently looking for a Sous Chef (Contract Catering) to join one of our contract caterers on a permanent basis for a higher education provider. If you have a real passion for food and you want to continue to grow your career, this role is for you.

We are looking for a experienced and talented Senior Sous Chef to join our fantastic client who is the worlds leading food service and facilities management company who will produce outstanding food.

About the Sous Chef role:

  • * Plan and organise all direct preparations and cooking of food
  • * Making sure that the company's reputation is always quality with customers and clients
  • * Responsible for all stock control, waste control
  • * Ensuring all hygiene and health & safety requirements are met to the highest standards
  • * Work closely with leadership team on site
