Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will manage a mixture of SME and Corporate Accounts, driving sales and fostering relationships. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and enhancing client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve annual sales targets for assigned accounts

- Present and explain our ERP services

- Manage daily commercial aspects to boost sales

- Report monthly on sales activities and opportunities

- Build relationships at all levels within client organisations

- Communicate and present to customers at all levels, up to C-level executives

- Visit clients regularly and work from the inspHire office

- Handle all contractual matters with client support from inspHire

- Identify and close sales opportunities

Requirements:

Essential:

- Strong commercial awareness

- Experience in software solution sales

- Excellent technical understanding

- Proven success in a similar role

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to communicate and present to customers at all levels, up to C-level executives

- Proactive, motivated, and problem-solving mindset

- Valid driving licence and business-appropriate car

Desirable:

- Knowledge of ERP or business IT systems

- Familiarity with inspHire’s products and services
