We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships and closing sales to exceed company revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have over one year of sales experience, a strong drive to achieve sales goals and a passion for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients, partners and markets to expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and goals of the client.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to close sales deals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and growing a client base.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
