We are looking for an inside sales person with an analytical mind who can support our sales team.

As the Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities with both new and existing customers, leveraging market data and business knowledge to support and drive new sales.

Key Responsibilities

路 Support the development of sales strategies by identifying high-potential leads and assisting in outreach campaigns, working closely with the Customer Success Manager (Public Sector leads) and Solutions Director (Private Sector leads).

路 Track and report on lead conversion rates, market responsiveness, and overall campaign effectiveness.

路 Prepare and present reports on market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback to support sales strategy development.

路 Proactively identify potential growth areas within existing client accounts and prospects by leveraging market insights.

路 Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support and drive growth through customer engagement on accounts and with prospects.

路 Develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers.

路 Drive growth across existing customers as required to enhance the value delivered and business growth.
