Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Create, test, and optimise email campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with overall marketing goals.
- Manage and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving results from email campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse data and metrics to inform strategy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Innovative approach to email content and design.
