About the role

Sytner Select Nottingham within the BMW MINI Division has an incredible opportunity for an accomplished General Sales Manager to join the management team.

As a Select General Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the profitability of our used vehicle operation and for customer retention.

You’ll recruit, engage and enable the performance of the Sales team; from leading sales meetings and delivering coaching sessions to holding performance reviews.  The General Sales Manager is a catalyst for sales excellence.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

Ideally, you will have a proven track record of success in a similar position within the automotive industry.

You understand (and can practically apply) how to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the Sales department.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate how they operate to high standards, bring new ideas to the table and have driven the performance of a sales team.  We’re looking for personality, competence and energy that will support and lead our used car sales to a whole new level of performance and customer experience.
