Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join the team.

Location: Nottingham, hybrid working, 1-2 days in the office

Salary: £60K per annum + competitive package

About The Company:

Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary engineering organisation that provides a range of services from engineering design and assessment, surveying and monitoring, design and build, and expert reviews. They primarily operate within the civil engineering and construction space for a range of clients from small local businesses to leading household names.

Following recent investment and the appointment of a new senior leadership team, our client aims to more than double the size of the business over the next 5 years. As such, they are looking to bring on board a Head of Marketing to drive the number of high quality leads into the business.

Head of Marketing – The Role:

This is a key role for the organisation as they look to drive growth over the next 3-5 years. You will be responsible for all marketing activity across the business, including developing and implementing their digital marketing strategy, brand awareness and ultimately creating campaigns to increase the number of high-quality sales leads. Additionally, you will evaluate their marketing suppliers, ensuring they are fit for purpose and add value to the business.

Head of Marketing – Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and execute the marketing strategy for the business

- Ensure that all success stories are shouted about across the business and into the industry

- Evaluate, monitor and manage all relationships with marketing’s 3rd party suppliers

- Manage a small marketing team

- Increase the number of high-quality sales leads that are being driven into the business

Head of Marketing – You:

- Strong track record of implementing effective digital marketing strategies

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience operating within the construction, civil engineering or similar environments

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Prior experience of managing a marketing budget
