Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and performance metrics in alignment with the MHR business plan. The successful candidate will analyse key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, make data-driven decisions to develop and optimise campaigns, and report on performance to stakeholders. This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all lead-generation marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • Own MHR’s demand generation strategy from conception to execution.

Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and grow the existing team, consisting of Growth Marketers (field marketers) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

Agency Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with outsourced campaign agencies, web aggregators, and lead generation agencies.

Campaign Planning, Development, and Execution:

  • Build and deliver fully integrated and optimised campaigns that meet MQL and SQL targets.
  • Utilise ABM, 1-to-few, and 1-to-many tactics for Customer, New Business, and Partner campaigns.

BDR Enablement:

  • Provide early visibility of campaigns, KPIs, BDR tools, and training on BDR reporting.
  • Ensure the BDR team is fully integrated with the marketing team and understands their role in campaigns, events, webinars, social media, and capturing the voice of the customer.
  • Continuously up-skill and motivate the BDR team.

Paid Search:

  • Introduce ideas and concepts to create high-performance paid marketing campaigns and PPC promotions to support and complement other advertising activities.

Tracking:

  • Build a performance marketing engine encompassing tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation.
  • Ensure the customer journey is optimised for both new business and existing customers.

Reporting:

  • Create and analyse reports on ROI, campaign performance, and conversion patterns to optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure comprehensive tracking across all channels.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyse the performance and effectiveness of each campaign.
  • Adopt a continual test-and-learn approach to all performance marketing activities.
  • Drive optimisation plans through detailed analysis.
