Marketing Manager - Renewable Energy Industry

Hybrid Working - Line Management - Progression to Director

D R Newitt are partnered with a Renewable Energy installation specialist based in Nottinghamshire. Our client have experienced incredible growth and are now looking for someone to lead their marketing function.

If you're looking to join a leading company with a proven track record in the Renewable Energy industry, offering the chance to progress through to Director Level this could be the role for you.

In your new role you will be responsible for:

  • Create, execute, and oversee the annual digital marketing strategy with a focus on achieving measurable ROI.
  • Monitor paid and organic marketing efforts from initial engagement through the marketing ecosystem, including the website, events, and social media channels.
  • Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Strategize, design, and implement targeted e-shots and promotional campaigns to reach decision-makers in core sectors.
  • Track and assess marketing performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 Years experience of experience in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Previous management experience either internally or externally managing agencies.
  • A track record of driving commercial growth through marketing campaigns.
  • You will need to be a self starter with ambitious career goals.
  • Experienced in a fast paced environment and the ability to keep up to date with industry trends.
