The Opportunity
Our client is a thriving and rapidly growing business, providing high-quality housing for the private rental sector. They offer investors/landlords with a one-stop service, under one roof including letting, management and property maintenance.
As Marketing Manager you will use a wide range of marketing tools to the promote the brand and drive lettings to the high standard they pride themselves on. You will ensure the quality and consistency of the brand in communications internally, with current and potential clients, and directly with tenants. You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current tenants. Working closely with the leadership team, you will create effective campaigns that enhance the online presence, drive engagement, and increase rental inquiries. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and have a solid understanding of hands-on digital marketing execution.
This Company offer hybrid working with a minimum 2 days a week in the Office in the Chilwell/Beeson area.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Regularly update and manage the content on the company website.
- Social Media Management: Manage and enhance our presence on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Marketing Materials: Create and update marketing brochures for new and existing developments and develop Home Move Guides to assist new tenants with their move in.
- Tenant Engagement: Oversee and manage content on the tenant engagement portal and manage ad hoc requests for tenant communication emails.
- New Site Launches: Coordinate the launch of new developments, including the preparation of all marketing collateral and manage the staging of "Coming Soon" and launch campaigns, including Keeping In Touch campaigns.
- Reporting: Produce monthly Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) packs for clients
- Event Management: Organise tenant events on social media and on-site, sourcing suppliers and coordinating logistics.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand representation across all platforms
About You
We are seeking a self-starter with proven experience in a marketing role with a strong sales focus, ideally in the B2C sector. You will be someone who likes to work in a fast-paced world where they you can take responsibility and get things done.
You will have an excellent understanding of digital marketing, content management, and social media strategies and strong organisational skills with a natural ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
