- Take ownership of the sales strategy for your region, and implement innovative plans that drive impressive revenue growth and market share.
- Become a trusted advisor for top clients, from plant managers to senior execs, delivering tailored solutions and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities to grow your client base and secure major deals for the industry.
- Own the negotiation process, ensuring profitability while aligning with company objectives to deliver win-win outcomes.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless post-sales service and keep customers coming back for more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including buyers, managers, and senior executives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, margin targets, and customer satisfaction metrics

- You will have a proven track record in sales, with solid experience in an equipment supplies industry or a related sector.
- You will know how to drive sales, build relationships, and close high-value deals with confidence.
- You're a strategic thinker who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment to increase your earnings potential
- Willing to travel across the UK to meet customers and explore new opportunities. So a Full Uk driving Licence is Essential
