Macildowie are currently seeking a skilled PPC Manager to join our client, reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing. This role is key to driving their digital acquisition strategy, specifically focusing on collections and debt consolidation campaigns.

As the PPC Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performance PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring that they meet compliance standards and effectively reach customers seeking flexible financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms, targeting customer segments in need of debt consolidation and financial solutions.
  • Compliance Focus: Ensure all campaigns comply with FCA regulations, including financial promotions and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Performance Optimisation: Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement, running A/B tests on landing pages and ad copy to enhance conversion rates.
  • Bid & Budget Management: Optimise campaigns to maintain efficient cost per acquisition, adjusting bid strategies as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Collections, Risk, and Compliance teams to align PPC strategies with collections objectives, customer targeting, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of PPC management experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulations regarding financial promotions.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications are essential.
  • Experience with automation and bid management tools.
  • Knowledge of the consumer credit and lending marketplace is a plus.
