My client, a leading SME multi million pound Print business has retained me exclusively to find them a Sales Manager with Print sector experience for the Northern Territories. £50k to £60k plus bonus. Strong opportunity for the role to develop into National Sales Manager or Director fairly swiftly after a proven period as the MD would like to pass this responsibility on as he focuses on other aspects of the business. This would also mean a significant increase in salary from your starting salary.

  • They manufacture and distribute specialist consumables used within the printing and converting industry.
  • They have a highly regarded reputation supplying technical high-quality products supported by excellent customer service.
  • Their product range includes: Rubber rollers and sleeves (New, Recovering & Exchange), Offset Rubber blankets and coating plates, Chemistry and Cleaning consumables and a wide range of specialist technical consumables and equipment.
  • The Role:
  • Manage the Northern area sales territory supporting our customers and introducing new products.
  • Identifying new customers within the printing and converting industries.
  • Sales Forecasting Home Based.
  • Individual: Ideally located in the Midlands, Nottingham area.
  • A good understanding of offset/flexo printing technologies.
  • Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial flair through identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent solution selling skills along with an eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
  • Salary/Package: Salary negotiable and dependant on experience
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays
  • Company car, phone, laptop and company credit card.
