About the Role
As the SDR Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a lead generation team, working closely with the Sales Consultants. This team play a key part in the sales journey, creating urgency for business consultations.
What You'll Do:
- Inspire & Lead: Manage a team of SDRs, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive Success: Develop and implement strategies to optimise lead generation and pipeline building.
- Collaborate: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align objectives and refine processes.
- Analyse & Report: Monitor performance metrics, providing actionable insights and driving continuous improvement.
- Develop Talent: Conduct regular training sessions and career development planning for your team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an SDR Team Leader or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of technology sales and business development processes.
- Exceptional coaching, motivational, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding team KPIs and sales goals.
