Sales Executive
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + BONUS
Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Annual Leave: 28 days, inclusive of Bank Holidays
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their thriving team in the Nottingham area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment where your efforts will directly impact both the company’s growth and your own financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a mix of sales and account management duties, ensuring both new and existing customers receive outstanding service.
- Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely quotations to customers.
- Engage with lapsed, dormant, and new customers to drive sales, focusing heavily on inbound leads.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, with opportunities to earn significant bonuses.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and enquiries efficiently.
- Target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding goals.
Package Details:
- A competitive base salary of £25,000 - £30,000.
- Generous monthly bonus scheme, with the opportunity to earn an additional £500 - £1,500 per month.
- 28 days of annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
