Key Responsibilities
路Assist with project management and the design of schemes across a range of clients.
路Develop drainage strategies, levels strategies, and earthwork appraisals.
路Prepare planning documents such as Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Technical Notes, and Utilities Statements.
路Support detailed design work and preparation of construction drawings.
路Assist in securing technical approvals for S104, S38, S278 agreements.
路Provide input into due diligence reviews to support land acquisitions.
路Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic Infrastructure Engineer with the following:
路Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) and a desire to work towards professional accreditation.
路Strong communication and teamwork skills.
路Technical knowledge of relevant documents such as SSG, Building Regulations, DMRB, and Ciria C753.
路Proficiency in MicroDrainage/Causeway Flow and AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Site3D would be a plus.
路Understanding of the pre-planning and planning stages, along with some experience in detailed design and technical approvals (S104, S38, S278).
路A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
