The role will be primarily based in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and the East Midlands. As such, we ask that only those living within a reasonable commuting distance apply.

YOUR NEW ROLE

  • You will need to be proactive in driving site progress and meeting project timelines

  • Get involved in various aspects of groundworks (earthworks, drainage, foundation, substructure)

  • Skilled in planning, scheduling, and overseeing subcontractor activities

  • Competent in material quantification and procurement

  • Accountable for completing the Integrated Management System, Policies, and Procedures

  • Uphold Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety standards on-site

ABOUT YOU

  • A self-motivator, who can oversee projects from inception to completion

  • Deadline-oriented, with the ability to motivate the team to achieve key milestones

  • Hold a degree in Construction Engineering and Management and/ or a related field

  • All applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience and possess expertise in sustainable drainage and road systems

  • Residential or commercial experience (Advantageous)

  • Proficiency in Autocad and Total Station is necessary, as are IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel

  • A valid UK driving license is also required
