The successful candidate will be working on Educational, Industrial, Leisure, and Healthcare sites, carrying out the full range of surveying services in line with HSG 264 guidelines and client requirements. Our client can offer cross training into other environmental sectors and progression into Health and Safety. Experience & Qualifications: " At a minimum will hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification. " Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines. " Excellent IT skills, able to use TEAMS / TRACKER." Able to communicate efficiently. " Experience working hands on as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited company. " Able to work on a mixed portfolio of sites. The Role:" Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys on a mixed range of sites including Educational, Industrial, Healthcare, and Leisure. " Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs on site, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 guidelines. " Will use industry relevant systems to produce detailed technical reports. " Delivering asbestos awareness briefings when required.
