You will be joining our clients longstanding team of surveyors, working on longstanding Educational, Industrial, Healthcare, and Leisure sites ensuring to carry out the full range of surveying services in line with HSG 264 guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer cross training into other environmental sectors and progression into Health and Safety. Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Will be familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines. " Able to work on a mixed portfolio of sites, including Educational, Industrial, Healthcare, and Leisure. The Role:" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines to carry out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys. " Sampling of suspected ACMs on site, ensuring that they are all bagged safely and labelled correctly prior to sending for analysis. " Producing technical reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Carrying out asbestos awareness briefings when required. " Working on a mixed portfolio of sites.
