Senior Building Surveyor

Your new companyYou will work for a multi-disciplinary consultancy known for delivering comprehensive and effective solutions across various sectors. They specialise in providing a range of services that cover the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion. They work across sectors such as: Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Industrial and retail. Your new roleYou will work as a Senior Building Surveyor, in their Nottinghamshire office. This role is a pivotal role in the team, overseeing various aspects of building projects and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will perform detailed inspections of buildings to assess their condition, identify defects, and recommend necessary repairs or improvements, as well as working with condition surveys and reports, dilapidations and project management.

What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in a Building Surveying role, as well as being able to run your own jobs. You will ideally be MRICS or keen to work towards. You will be keen to work for a reputable business and develop and progress throughout.
