The Company:

A well-established manufacturing company who specialises in the automotive, aerospace, and composite industries are looking for a Composite Laminator due to an increase in workload.

The Composite Laminator Candidate:

  • Have great attention to detail
  • Have experienced working with either carbon fibre, fibreglass, or Kevlar
  • Must have knowledge in the application of adhesives, sealants and other bonding agents
  • Be experienced in working with technical, engineering, and schematic drawings

The Composite Laminator Responsibilities:

  • Fitting, bonding, and assembling components in relation to technical drawings
  • Double checking parts before they are moved to the next stage
  • Precision trimming of composites parts using hand, power, and automated tools
  • Making and preparing pattern moulds, sanding, polishing and finishing composite components
