Site Agent / Construction Manager
Location: East Midlands
Rate: £50/hour
Carrington West are looking to recruit an experienced Site Agent / Construction Manager to lead and deliver junction improvement projects within the highways sector.
Key Responsibilities:
·Programme Planning: Develop and implement weekly programmes, ensuring that all schemes are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.
·Leadership: Manage in-house teams, providing direction, and maintaining morale to ensure smooth project delivery.
·Contract Management: Oversee a varied range of highways construction projects, including external contracts, and manage early warnings to ensure issues are proactively addressed.
·Documentation: Prepare and update method statements and all necessary documentation.
·Client Coordination: Act as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
