Your new companyYou will be joining a main contractor working on water schemes in the North Midlands region. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water industry and offers excellent opportunities for career progression. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Manager to join their team.

Your new roleAs Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing direct labour and subcontractors
  • Coordinating all day-to-day site operations
  • Maintaining an accurate site diary
  • Undertaking site audits and inspections
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, within budget and to specified quality.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have previous experience in civil, mechanical and/or electrical works within the water industry. In addition, you will also have proven successful experience in managing on-site activities and possess sound interpersonal and organisational skills.
