This role is perfect for a professional with a solid background in water or utilities projects, who can ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for civil projects in the water sector.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
  • Ensure all site personnel adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a site supervisor on water or utilities projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management practices.
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS card) are mandatory.
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
