Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their growing team, supporting key projects across the UK from their head office in Annesley, Nottingham

About the Role:

You’ll play a vital role in coordinating and managing construction projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to develop within project coordination, with the potential to progress into a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Highly Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency
  • Excellent attention to Detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients
  • A good geographical understanding
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Helping to schedule engineering work and site visits across various locations in the country, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintenance of project documentation
  • Communicating between the project team, engineers, and clients,
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and necessary permits for engineers working across different regions.
  • Provide support and offer solutions that may arise during the planning and execution phases.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to processes to enhance project efficiency.

Desirable Experience:

  • Flexible hours between 8am and 5pm
  • Office based
