PSR are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Contracts Manager.
The business has a strong reputation delivering quality projects within the built environment. They specialise in Fit Out and Refurbishment on commercial projects throughout the midlands.
As Contracts Manager you will oversee the delivery of multiple projects, be responsible for tendering for work and creating the programme of works.
Salary: Circa 76,000 plus package.
Experience of the Contracts Manager:
- 2 years' experience within a Contracts Manager role.
- Experience in running Fit Out or Refurbishment projects
- Must be confident in their ability to Lead and motivate teams
- Applicants will have proven knowledge of Health and Safety
- Must have strong Commercial Acumen
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think ahead
- Able to communicate efficiently and effectively to all levels of the business
